The King's really love the original hardwood floors so instead of creating different levels and transitions from surface to surface the slate and the new pine floor boards were installed to be the same height throughout the entire area.

This is the upstairs bathroom which is a completely new addition. To the left is a custom shower done in tile with a slate floor and a glass block partition.

Originally there was actually a bathroom in this hallway that was torn out so that the proper flow and access to the rest of the house could be restored.

These stairs had been covered in carpet at some point covering up the original hardwood. The stairs were completely restored to their original form as well as repainted and re-stained.
