The Windatt's main goal with their landscaping project was to create an area of their home where they could entertain family members comfortably, regardless of how many were at their home at one time. They also wanted a space where they could relax and enjoy their beautiful West Lake views!

The Screened in porch and deck space is easily accessible from all sides. Each access is defined by a wide set of stairs and complemented by the custom iron railings.
Sylvia Windatt has always had a love of gardening so planters were incorporated into the landscape design to give her a close space to tend to her plants. Not only are they easy to get to but they add that extra bit of color and warmth that makes the overall effect of the design come together completely.
Pine ceilings and custom screens are the interior highlight of the three season room.
The screened in porch creates the perfect oasis to enjoy at any time of the day. Separating each of the screens are sold pine posts, cut and planed to size.
On each side of the pergola there are additional planters.
